    Vicki will open the circle with Reiki and we will practice to a calming playlist with beautiful poetry.

The menopause is a chapter in a woman’s life that should be liberating, it’s a time to feel empowered, & a chance to find yourself. We are wise women having lived through the decades of our lives - from our first bleed at puberty, childbirth (perhaps) & now menopause, or perhaps you’ve had a surgical menopause. Morphing from maiden to mother to the wise women is an experience to embrace.

Many women can feel out of control, struggling with physical & mental health symptoms, such as hot flushes, back pain, low libido, dryness, weight gain, irritability, depression, frustration, tinnitus, heart palpations, anger, mood swings, brain fog, forgetfulness, fatigue, sore mouth & joints…the list goes on, then perhaps this is just what you need throughout the year!

The Spring Equinox , Summer Solstice, Autumn Equinox & Winter Solstice are perfect time-honoured events to partner our journey through the menopause seasons. The Ayurvedic way of healing uses a whole body approach focusing on the doshas; Vata, Pitta & Kapha. Using movement, breath-work, deep relaxation, restorative yoga, yoga nidra, mantras & hand gestures; will allow your body to support your own health & happiness.

This doesn’t have to be a journey of dread, together we can embrace the change and Vicki will gently guide you.

The 3 hours will include:

Gentle Yoga - breathing, movement and relaxation

Time to talk and share (should you choose)

Discussion about diet, lifestyle & managing stress

Having closed our circle you will travel home feeling relaxed, in-control & have inner strength.
