I'm Vicki, a yoga and breathwork teacher based in Bournemouth.
I teach gentle, accessible yoga classes, for anyone looking to improve their movement and flexibility or reduce anxiety and stress.
My classes are particularly welcoming for beginners, older adults, and people living with long-term conditions, such as Multiple Sclerosis.
I focus on simple, mindful movement, breath awareness, strength, flexibility and balance, offering clear guidance and plenty of options so you can work safely within your own body.

Thursday 6:30pm - 7:45pm
This term-time course is designed specifically for men.
You may be fit and strong, but lacking flexibility or perhaps you want to try yoga for the first time. This small class will help improve your flexibility, strength and posture while reducing stress.
