Join this small class for students that are perhaps very fit, but are feeling a bit inflexible, or you’re feeling your age and need to start looking after YOUR BODY, MIND & SPIRIT. We will work on stretching & strengthening the body and relaxing the mind.

MOORDOWN COMMUNITY CENTRE

Thursday 6.30-7.45pm

You will improve your posture, breathing, become stronger, more flexible & find peace in a busy world.

The practice always ends with a lovely relaxation or Yoga Nidra.

Bring your mat, props & a blanket.
