The Dance of Blossoms

As petals unfurl, nature's ballet begins.

Trees sway gracefully, limbs reaching for the sky.

A gentle breeze whispers secrets of rebirth,

Carrying fragrances of blooming flowers nearby.

With each breath,

I flow like the rivers,

Mimicking the rhythm of the dancing blossoms.

Inhale, arms rise like budding branches.

Exhale, fingertips brush the earth, grounding me.

As I move through my practice,

I am reminded of the cycle of life.

Like the flowers, I, too, am meant to bloom.

Spring invites me to shed the layers that no longer serve,

And embrace the lightness of being.
